Here is a better view of what we think is Bridger Knoll in the middle foreground. Great Thumb Mesa, part of the Havasupai Indian Reservation, is just beyond Bridger Knoll, and on the other side of the Great Thumb, is Fishtail Mesa. Between Great Thumb Mesa and Bridger Knoll, as well as Fishtail Mesa, is the Colorado River. The Colorado River winds out from behind the Powell Plateau (not seen here) and wraps around Great Thumb Mesa to continue downstream past Fishtail Mesa. If you are very quiet, you'll be able to here rushing water far below.
