This view looks down Saddle Canyon, past Tapeats Amphitheater, toward Steamboat Mountain. It's May and everything is still green. Notice the terraces on the left side of the canyon. From here one can spend hours in the morning or late afternoon watching for deer, eagles, and coyotes along with the resident Kaibab squirrel, fox, hawks, and song birds. The area abounds in wildlife.
