Lay half the strips of folded newspaper side-by-side on a solid surface. Take one of the folded newspaper strips and begin weaving it through the side-by-side strips by going over, under, over, under, etc. Take another strip of folded newspaper and weave it under, over, under, over, etc. When you have woven all the strips together, you will probably want to adjust the spacing to bring them all tight against each other.
