The Titus Canyon Road begins west of the ghost-town of Rhyolite and about 2 miles east of the Park's boundary sign. This 27-mile road is one-way and dirt. There are some easy stretches, like the first few miles across Amargosa Valley, but don't be deceived. Soon it will become rough, very narrow, and steep. It is a true white-knuckle road for a timid person, like me. Note: Flash floods and wash outs are possible as is snow in winter months.
