The newest section of the Cowboy Dinner Tree Steakhouse offers nice views of the surrounding landscape. The whole Steakhouse is loaded with reminders of the area's ranch life and Fremont National Forest. Note the single, bare bulb in the middle of the room. That's all the artificial light you get. Be aware, the Steakhouse's lights are powered by solar energy. As night falls, and the light bulbs begin to dim, any complaining results in the complainer's car providing additional power to keep things bright.
