To start off this topic, here are some suggestions for finding those elusive dump stations.

When camping in NF/NG campgrounds, go to http://www.forestcamping.com and the description of the campground in which you wish to camp. If the Forest Service provides a dump station we'll note it. Or, if there is a dump station in the area (public or private), we'll note that too. If nothing is stated about a dump station, then we couldn't find one. In the case of the latter, suggest calling the ranger district office (listed in the campground description) for help. Maybe they've come up with something since we were there. If a dump station is available and having one is critical, strongly suggest you confirm by calling the public or private entity.

We have found some computer software applications that might help. Go to Camping with Suzi at http://www.forestcamping.com/dow/suzi/links.htm and scroll down to the Private or Commercial section and a bit further to some website links about dump stations.

For your Android phone, iPad, iPod and iPhone, go to the APPS section. Select or search for "Allstays RV Dumps." We downloaded it to our Android and are impressed by the presentation. When we hit the road in May, we'll test its capability to produce. As I recall, the APP is less than $5 so maybe you all could give it a whirl too; would love feedback.
