Once you have the GPS coordinates, there are tools out there, ranging from free to less than $100, that can help you locate the Virtual Geocache (w/o a GPS device). First, there is "Google Maps:"

Go to Google Maps by clicking here - http://maps.google.com/maps?hl=en&tab=wl. Then, click on "Get Directions." In Line "A" enter your starting point, for example, Newton, MA. Then, enter in Line "B" the GPS coordinates of the Virtual Geocache location, for example,

N32 44.661,W090 48.577

Note there is a space between the comma and W. Click on "Get Directions" and voila.

More on software, shortly.
