For my 50th birthday(old man), six years ago I hiked the Grand Canyon again for the second time. This last time was it, never again! It was wonderful, yes, but extremely painful to old well developed legs. I hiked it back in 1964 with a BSA troop here in Vegas. Yes, I've been in Vegas since I was four in 1956. If planning a trip to the area, it would be hard to resist traveling to the Grand Canyon. Our favorite is the North Rim and hiking the Rainbow Rim Trail. As I recall, the trail is for both foot and mountain bike - great pic possibilities from it . . . Fred
