The Cloud Cap Inn is a beautiful historic structure not open to the public except for scheduled volunteer-led tours. However, the view of Mt Hood from Cloud Cap Inn's grounds is always available. Even a cloudy, overcast day couldn't hide the wonder of Eliot and Langille glaciers
