Three things you can do
Does it seem like everywhere you turn, someone has their hand out for a donation to help their cause? Or maybe they are asking your to volunteer some time to help this or that? Time is precious and few of us have any to spare. And money, not already ear-marked for something critical, is even harder to come by. So, here are three things we want to suggest you can do for a national forest or grassland that lets you keep your money in your pocket and your time your own.
1. Have fun out there! Explore a trail, river, or wild corner in a national forest or grassland near you.
2. Engage others! Take a child, friend, or family member outdoors to a national forest or grassland and share the many wonders of a vibrant natural environment.
3. Repeat 1 and 2 as often as you can.
